Tren de las Sierras: Córdoba to Capilla del Monte
Tren de las Sierras is a state-operated metre-gauge regional service from Alta Córdoba, in the city of Córdoba, up the Punilla valley through Cosquín to Capilla del Monte. The operator gives a journey time of four hours fifty-six minutes for the full run, and the September 2026 timetable shows several services a day. The line opened in 1889 and has been reopened in stages since 2007 after decades of closure.

Tren Ecológico de la Selva: Iguazú National Park
The Tren Ecológico de la Selva is a narrow-gauge railway inside Iguazú National Park, carrying visitors from the Central station through subtropical forest to Cataratas and on to Garganta del Diablo, the station for the walkway to the Devil's Throat. The line was built by Alan Keef of Ross-on-Wye and opened in 2001, and trains depart about every thirty minutes during park opening hours. The operator is converting the fleet from propane to battery-electric traction.
